If you feel there are challenges in your life that you are struggling to deal it’s important to know you are not alone. Many people feel this way when faced with difficult situations or life pressures.
It’s important if you, a family member, friend or work colleague are feeling fragile, alone, stressed, conflicted, sad or vulnerable to seek help.
Some of the situations where you may need counselling:
- alcohol and drug addiction
- supporting a loved one with an alcohol or drug addiction
- coping as a parent
- you or a loved one is LGBTIQ+ and struggling to cope
- you're feeling angry or sad all the time
Your confidentiality will be respected and is covered by privacy laws.
