Walk Your Way To Better Health
Spring to your heels and walk with one of our walking groups.
We have groups at Eaglehawk, Strathdale and Elmore with trained facilitators leading the way at each location.
We also arrange information sessions related to health and wellbeing for participants.
Our walking programs help you to:

- Increase muscle tone
- Improve mental wellbeing

Our walking groups leave from the following locations:
- Eaglehawk - Lake Neanger. Main carpark in Napier Street. Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 10am.
- Strathdale - Kennington Reservoir. Main carpark in Reservoir Road. Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 10am.
- Elmore - Elmore Medical Practice. Front of building in Jeffrey Street. Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 10am.
