Our trained exercise physiologists will guide you at your own pace through strength training to improve strength, fitness, flexibility and quality of life.

A initial and then quarterly assessment/review and a personalised exercise program from our qualified exercise physiologist.

Our strength training sessions are provided in Kangaroo Flat, Flora Hill and Elmore. Which one is closest to you?
We have three options to cover the cost of strength training sessions for you.
Affordable card - $72
This gives you 12 sessions at $6 per session.
It's our most affordable option but has flexibility.
Flexible card $96
12 sessions st $8 per session.
Offers flexibility to make up sessions.
Health insurance rebate
Some private health insurers will provide a rebate for your strength training sessions.
All participants are covered by a standard level of personal accident insurance.

Your GP will need to give you medical clearance before starting.
Your GP or another health professional can refer you straight into the program too.
