Nick Brown - IMT Volunteer Testimonial
“Every week I look forward to coming in to work as it is a very diverse role. I have already learnt some very important skills to apply to my future learning and career development. What I most enjoy is the wide array of challenges the IT team are faced with on a daily basis. I have been exposed to some core technologies for the career I would like to pursue, these range from; Active directory, help desk software, Microsoft office suite and troubleshooting common Helpdesk Issues.
The IMT team have all been very welcoming and helpful. Fortnightly we participate in team meetings for professional development which is great for developing transferable skills in an organisational environment. The organisation as a whole is very friendly and welcoming and it is a joy to come in and learn what I can. It is such a valuable opportunity and I would highly recommend volunteering at BCHS”.
