The Bendigo Community Health Services/ Quality and Safety Framework provide a comprehensive overview of the organisation’s clinical, community and corporate governance.

Our system elements engage program and organisation-wide staff in CQI.

OHS representatives actively work on Managers to ensure that workplaces are safe, healthy and supportive for staff, clients and visitors.

Our Quality and Safety systems are integrated and are managed systemically with clear lines of accountability to ensure continuously improving performance for which we received a standard of “excellence” recognition by the Quality Improvement Council of Australia.

We continue to refine our systems to support the process of monitoring, reporting and improvement across all levels of the organisation from clinicians through to the Board of Directors guided by the Bendigo Community Health Services Quality Improvement Action Plan, Calendar of Clinical Governance activities and the Bendigo Community Health Services Board of Directors Reporting framework.
