  Bendigo Community Health Services has over 180 staff delivering a wide range of programs and services within Bendigo and surrounding areas, including Children and Youth Services, Counselling, Alcohol and other Drugs, Medical and Chronic Disease Mangement plus our residential based withdrawal progam Nova House to name a few.

Alcohol and other Drugs

Including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Consultant, BBV/STI Resource Centre, Cautious with Cannabis, Collaborative Therapy, Counselling, Mobile Drug Safety, Needle Syringe Program (NSP), Outreach Pharmacotherapy, Pharmacotherapy Service, Post withdrawal Linkage Support, Relapse Prevention Program, Residential Withdrawal,  Rural Withdrawal (Home based), Skills For Life Program and Youth AOD Counselling.


Child and Family

Including Early Childhood Specialist Intervention, Family Day Care, Family Support, Financial Counselling and Young Pregnant Parenting Program. 

Chronic Disease Management

Including Diabetes Education, Dietetics, Physiotherapy , Podiatry and Respiratory Nursing.


Medical Clinics

Including Elmore Primary Health Service, GP Medical Practice, Mens Health and the Well Womens Clinic.

Health and Wellbeing Programs

Including Diabetes Education Program, Communities for Children, Mens Health, Womens Health, Workplace Health Promotion, QUIT Physical Activity and Nutrition, Physiotheraphy, Strength Training and Tai chi, Walking Programs, Planned Activity Group, Mental Health Wellness, Soup Kitchen and School Focused Youth Services.
