Victorian Bushfire Case Management Service

We all know the devastating impact of the Feb 7 2009 bushfires.

We saw an outpouring of generosity from the community and our governments.  The Victorian Case Management Service was set in motion on February 13 2009 to assist those affected by the fires.  

The role of a case manager is to assess needs, facilitate and assist people to navigate their way in recovery.  BCHS has a number of case managers working with our fire affected community.
