Walking Program

As little as 30mins of physical activity a day can improve your overall physical and mental health and well-being. By being more active you will have higher energy levels, sleep better at night and reduce stress levels. Participating in physical activity is a great way to connect to the people around you, and be part of what’s happening in your own community.
