Comments and Complaints

Comments and complaints are welcomed from clients/patients at all times - at no time will client/patient comments or complaints reflect negatively on your continued use of our services.  

Comments

If you have a comment you can:

    *    Speak directly to your healthcare worker
    *    Ask to speak to a Manager
    *    Complete one of our Client/Patient Feedback forms

Your comment will be dealt with a s quickly as possible.  Please leave a contact name and number for us to contact you, if required.

Complaints

    *   If you are not satisfied with your care or wish to make a complaint you may do so either verbally or
        in writing to your healthcare worker, their Manager or the Chief Executive Officer.  Information 
        and/or assistance from staff will help you with this process

    *   You also have the right to make suggestions which you believe would improve your care rather 
        than a complaint

    *   If you wish, you may also make a complaint to the Health Services Commissioner situated at
